Using the Mega Menu
You can easily have mega menus on your main navigation using the Good Life theme.
To do that, you need to check the “Mega Menu” checkbox on the first-level menu element:
After that, every Category, Tag, Format type menu elements added under that menu item will be converted to display posts from that item:
